Topiary is a South African winery owned by two renowned French vignerons. Philippe Colin became enchanted with Topiary’s 20 hectares of vineyards back in 2014 and along with business partner Serge Jaczynski purchased the farm. Philippe, a 4th generation Burgundian wine farmer, makes some of the most acclaimed Chassagne-Montrachet and along with brother Bruno, is one of the guardians of the famous Colin-Deléger vineyards. Hailing from the South of France, Serge Jaczynski was head sommelier at the prestigious Hotel Carlton in Nice before striking out alone to become a wine agent and consultant sommelier. Serge represents several wine farms including Château Miravel; the southern French winery owned by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
