Greystone’s stunning full bodied Chardonnay opens up in the glass to reveal stone fruit, citrus and subtle
oak flavours. This textural Chardonnay underscores the minerality from the limestone soils.

A complex nose of red fruits, baking spice and subtle floral notes. The nose is matched with a bright and alluring palate of summer berries, red liquorice and raspberry compote.

Aromatically inviting with golden kiwifruit, nashi with mild oak and coconut husk. The palate is full with generous flavours supported by fine grained oak phenolics and ripe acidity.

An off-dry Pinot Gris with generous richness, flavour concentration and length. The acidity is balanced perfectly with a slight sweetness.

A delicate nose of both red and black wild berries, and the signature Greystone savoury flavours. The palate is full and structured with fine tannins and juicy acidity.

This Sauvignon Blanc is rich, creamy and textural. It possesses ripe fruit flavours – a luscious mix of tropical and stone fruits, which are balanced perfectly with fruit-laden acidity.

A wonderful nose of red and black cherry, plum and blue florals with vineyard elements of spice and blue flowers shining through beautifully into the textural palate of boysenberry and ripened plum.

Lime blossom, peach and red apple on the nose with a long, flavoursome palate of honeydew, pink grapefruit and quince.

On the nose you will discover complexity driven by Greystone’s signature flavours – notes of ripe dark fruit, earthiness, and baking spices. Expect concentration, layers and length and a wine that will age gracefully over the next 10 years.
