Compared to the previous vintages, the 2012 is more brooding and concentrated.  It is intense, deeply coloured and very stylish.

A unique blend in its class with the use of Italian and Spanish varietals – Shiraz lead, the wine shows off forward fruit aromatics of violet, cherries and liquorice accompanied by notes of classical cigar box spice.

A more tropical style Sauvignon Blanc, shaped around fresh fruit aromas such as passionfruit (Elgin sourced grapes), pear and guava (Stellenbosch sourced grapes). The palate expresses great purity in fruit, and a softer acidity compared to more typical Sauvignon Blancs.

A very classy Chardonnay with aromas of yellow stone fruits with hints of cloves. The textured palate has notes of peaches and lemon curd, with a touch of salinity and well-integrated oak character, all balanced by a zesty acidity.
