Ernie Els Big Easy Chenin 2019 is still very young with a shy nose, hints of citrus peel, notes of preserved lemon, lime and rounded out with ripe guava, quince and pretty white florals. While super fresh, there is
a hint of crushed almond to add weight to an entry with gentle acidity that follows to an all-round softer acidity kicking on to a medium long finish.
Food pairing: A beautiful summery wine, excellent chilled and enjoyed with light delicate dishes.

A waxy, citrus and cream styled white variety with stunning acidity and natural balance, it can produce deeply-flavoured wines from dry through to botrytis-affected sweet styles. It is a natural in every sense and in the hands of the greatest growers in South Africa shows the shimmering potential of the Rainbow Nation on the world stage."
