The Graham Beck Blanc de Blancs remains one of our stalwart favourites, a darling amongst our legion of bubbly fans and testimony to the outstanding Méthode Cap Classique terroir characteristics of The Graham Beck Robertson estate. Only the highest quality juice (tête de cuveé) Chardonnay was selected for fermentation. Bright lime green colour with rich aromas of fresh limes, green apples, pears and lemon zest on the nose. Delicately balanced flavours of succulent citrus, brioche and spice combines with yeasty complexity, broadening the palate with layered textures and leading to a long finish
Alcohol: 12.17% ABV

string(513) "Possibly the most famous grape variety in the world, Chardonnay has found a home in pretty much every corner of the wine world. From crisp, flinty Chablis styles to full-bodied, oaky, rich Napa Valley Chardonnay it is a variety which has the ability to morph according to the climate or winemaking philosophy. It also has the capacity to produce amongst the greatest white wines in the world. Some praise indeed for this chameleon variety, the likes of which may only truly be matched by Riesling or Chenin Blanc."
