Kalfu Molu Merlot has stand out aromas of black cherry and raspberry with soft notes of vanilla, spices and dark chocolate coming from the oak ageing. The palate has good volume, balanced acidity, round tannins and a wonderful soft finish with elegant notes of vanilla and nuts.
Food pairing: Best served at between 16°C and 17°C, this wine pairs well with sweet and sour pork, duck, lamb. Also, white meat and pasta dishes.
Ageing potential: Up to 5 years in ideal cellar conditions.
