About this wine

Darling Cellars Old Bush Vine Cinsault comes from specific unirrigated old bush vines which are selected for their uniqueness and prominent terroir flavours.  An irresistible, well balanced wine, with sour red cherries, strawberries and a hint of candyfloss on the nose. A delicious fruity palate with earthy flavours and notes of white pepper followed by fresh acidity and a long finish.

Food pairing: A great partner with with roasted leg of lamb, Moroccan lamb, Mediterranean casseroles and a traditional South African “Potjiekos” (especially with venison). We love it!

Ageing potential: 8 – 15 years under ideal cellar conditions

Alcohol: 13.57% ABV
