Description
Waterford Estate Pecan Stream Sauvignon Blanc is a more tropical style Sauvignon, shaped around fresh fruit aromas such as passionfruit (Elgin sourced grapes), pear and guava (Stellenbosch sourced grapes). The palate expresses great purity in fruit, and a softer acidity compared to more typical Sauvignon Blancs.
Food pairing: A lovely wine to accompany any summer dish.
