Shiraz may be the variety for which the Barossa is best known, however Thorn-Clarke possess some of the best blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon in the region, too. Their William Randell Cabernet Sauvignon cuvée bares testament to the quality achievable within their holdings. Terra Barossa Cabernet is elegant, densely flavoured with blackcurrant, cassis, eucalyptus and bitter chocolate notes. The tannins are ripe and grainy and give the wine good structure.
