Description
Wooing Tree’s Blondie is a unique Blanc de Noir made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on the family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and gentle wine-making has produced a wonderfully balanced wine with an elegant champagne colour resulting from minimal skin contact. The wine shows delightful aromas of white peach, tropical fruit and orange blossom with pink grapefruit, honeysuckle and a touch of lime on the palate.
Best served slightly chilled.
