Description
Kanonkop Kadette Pinotage Rosé is a medium bodied, dry style of Rosé with a Light salmon-pink in colour. Beautiful aromas with hints of blackcurrant, strawberry and rose petal. The fresh, medium bodied palate is well supported by an abundance of fruit and a juicy, lingering acidity. Good length and complexity makes it a perfect wine for summer foods and a good fit for any
occasion. The acidity is fresh and bright, and compliments the sweet fruit character of the Pinotage variety. The delicate nature of this wine makes it fit for any occasion. Ideally served chilled between 8 – 10˚C.
FOOD PAIRING: A perfect accompaniment with seafood dishes like grilled salmon and tuna, sushi and peri-peri prawns, as well as salads, quiche and roast chicken. The slight hint of sweetness on the finish lends itself to pair well with spicy dishes and light, aromatic curries too.
