Description
The Lady of Lemberg symbolizes the expressive characters captured by different varieties – the fragrance and richness of Viognier, the finesse of the Hungarian grape Hárslevelü, the Chenin Blanc to impart apricot kernel nuttiness and a touch of freshness from our old Sauvignon Blanc vines. Light straw colour. Delicate honeysuckle and pear aromas on the nose – with yellow peach, apricot kernel and ginger on the palate. The wine has a well-integrated acidity with a flinty finish.
Made in a more natural, minimalistic and more oxidative style and approach – the components are expressed in an old-world style.
