Description
The 2021 Merlot shows aromas of dark cherry and plum with a touch of black olive; whilst on the palate is soft and mellow with flavours of plum and mulberry. A touch of oak and soft ripe tannins make this an easy drinking wine with flavour and length.
Food pairing: A great match with tomato based Mediterranean dishes.
Produced and bottled by Trentham, each purchase results in a donation to the Murray-Darling Environmental Foundation to preserve the region’s wetland habitats.
