Vivacious and opulent, the 2022 Miss Molly Sparkling Shiraz greets the nose with a medley of dark berry, fresh plum, and subtle spice notes. On the palate, it surprises with a lively effervescence that complements flavours of blackcurrant and plum, leaving a lingering finish of cocoa and vanilla cream. This wine is a lively celebration of Shiraz just waiting for an occasion to enjoy!
The grapes were grown on vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak, using 38% new, 49% one year old and 13% two year old barrels. The Boxer has gone through a secondary fermentation allowing us to create this beautiful sparkling wine.
The best way to serve and enjoy Miss Molly is to chill it in the fridge for at least 3 days, which will ensure the bubbles are at their optimum.
