Thelema Mountain White 2023 is a vibrant and aromatic wine that exhibits beautiful passionfruit and gooseberry aromas which merge with hints of apricot and melon on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with a crisp clean finish. The Sauvignon Blanc (90%) provides fresh natural acidity, while the Viognier (10%) adds palate weight, layers of complexity and depth to the wine.
