Description
Kanonkop’s 10 year re-release of the 2015 Pinotage. The 2015 is a complex wine with layers of different aromas that evolve in the glass and offers more red fruit flavours in its youth, but after some age this wine will start to show some earthy forest floor characteristics.
Deep intense ruby plum colour with a purple hue. A bold intensity of red plum, red berries and concentration of dark chocolate, vanilla and aromatic sweet spice. The 2015 vintage offers a good complexity with layered flavours that will continue to develop and integrate for years to come.
Food Pairing: Red meat or spicy Asian style dishes when young. Better partnered with lamb and mutton when mature / with bottle age.
Alcohol: 14.5% ABV
