Kaapzicht Steytler Pinotage 2022 – Occasionally, when the vintage conditions permit and Danie Steytler believes his Pinotage grapes reach exceptional ripeness and complexity, this special cuvée is created and given the five star treatment. Handcrafted by a family whose lifeblood is wine, the Steytler Range is the culmination of Kaapzicht Estate’s best wines in only exceptional vintages. The 2022 Steytler Pinotage wine is dominated with cherry and red fruit aromas, backed up with inky and vanilla notes. Spice and richness create tension on the palate leaving an earthy and elegant finish. Alcohol: 14.72% ABV
Beyerskloof Kriekbult Pinotage 2020 – Paying homage to the Beyerskloof Kriekbult farm, this site-specific Pinotage has been produced from 27-year-old Pinotage bush vines. The vineyards utilised for this wine produce a distinctive style, expressing the unique characteristics of well-aged Pinotage. The Kriekbult Pinotage expresses upfront black fruit with lively aromas of oak and hints of chocolate on the finish. On the palate an abundance of black fruit flavours from blackberries to cassis with balanced oak aromas from barrel maturation. A wine with excellent balance, a lovely core, and a long juicy aftertaste. Alcohol: 14.79% ABV
Kanonkop Pinotage 2017 – Kanonkop’s 2017 Pinotage, is a textbook Stellenbosch Pinotage with aromatic and spicy aromas of mulberry, raspberry and cinnamon. Muscular, well integrated tannins add great structure whilst flavours of bramble, violets, plums and black berries are balanced by scented new oak. An elegant wine with savoury notes on the lengthy finish, and a lifting underlying freshness. A fantastic food wine – serve with duck, game, lamb, smoked pork and Asian-style dishes. Alcohol: 14.5% ABV
