Description
Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 has produced a lovely Reserve Cabernet, from a much-reduced crop this year. It’s the pristine fruit flavour that is special about this. And there’s plenty of depth, as well as structure for cellaring if that’s your inclination. It looks like a first-class Cabernet release. In fact, we’d put it amongst our best.
Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon from the Fruit Trees (30%) and Bore (70%) blocks grown by the Borrett family at Langhorne Creek.
Noon have sourced the grapes for their Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from the same vineyard – the 1.2 hectare Fruit Trees block in Langhorne Creek owned by the Borrett family – since the wine was first made in 1996. A rare beast, it is only made in the finest of vintages. The demand for these outstanding and rare bottles always exceeds supply.
