Aromatic and inviting, this flavourful Thelema Shiraz shows a spicy, powerful South African Shiraz (95%), Grenache (5%) that pours over the tongue like a cascade of ripe fruit, rising to the nostrils in waves of blackberries, currants and liquorice.
Food pairing: This full bodied Shiraz is perfect to partner grilled, roasted, pan fried or char-grilled red meat such as beef or lamb. Perfect with a rare pan fried ostrich steak or haunch of venison.
