Ken Forrester Sparklehorse is a sparkling Chenin Blanc made by the Cap Classique or traditional method, this wine aged for 14 months on less to develop a creaminess and delicate mousse while still maintaining bright, fresh apple, pear and quince aromas.
Sparkling wine from South Africa, creamy and delicate but bubbling with apple, pear and quince.
Food pairing: An ideal bubbly to celebrate with and equally at home with light creamy chicken and fish dishes.
Alcohol: 12.5% ABV
