Description
Bird in Hand TED Chardonnay 2017 is pale yellow, subtle, complex and multifaceted. TED is the name given to an elite wine made to honour the founder’s son, Edward Andrew Nugent.
This single vineyard Chardonnay is whole bunch pressed directly to French oak barriques, ensuring the most pristine quality fruit was selected for the Tribute Series label. After fermentation, the barrels are left to mature for 14 months, the longest maturation of Chardonnay undertaken at Bird in Hand. The final blend is comprised of only the best parcels.
