FRONTIER FINE WINES: Terms and Conditions of Business and Use (September 2025)
1. Customer Promise
a) Delivery
Delivery is free for orders over £150.00 per delivery address regardless of how many cases you order. Delivery for orders less than £150.00 is £9.95. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & the Channel Islands will be subject to an additional delivery charge. We will deliver your wine to anywhere on mainland United Kingdom. If any cases within your order are not available for immediate delivery, we will hold your order until all cases are ready for despatch and send to you in one consignment. Should you wish to split your order to receive some cases earlier, you will incur extra delivery charges. If you prefer to have the wine delivered to you in person, we will of course do so. If you are not there the driver will leave a card for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time..
Our carrier, APC deliver Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.00pm. Most of our customers give us instructions to leave the wine in a safe place as this is by far the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time. It should be noted that wines left in this manner are at the customer’s own risk.
Once the wine has been delivered, according to your original delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility.
*Delivery to addresses in Scottish Highlands or outside mainland UK will be subject to an extra charge. Please contact the office for further information.
If you have any queries regarding delivery please contact us at info@frontierfinewines.co.uk.
b) Packaging
Please note that the sustainability issue of packaging is something we take seriously. Where possible we try to reuse strong boxes and clean packaging to despatch our orders. It may not look as ‘beautiful’ but it is our small contribution to the reduction of reusable waste. If your order is for a gift, please let us know your preference and we will of course use new boxes if required.
c) Breakages
If you suffer a breakage in your case we will gladly credit you for the loss.
d) Availability
From time to time a vintage may become unavailable, or move on a year or two. Should this be the case, we will ensure that you are advised prior to despatch.
e) Customer satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with our performance in any way, please contact us on 01206 233737. At Frontier, we aim to deal with all enquiries fairly, confidentially and quickly. We try to resolve most issues immediately, but where this is not possible; we will keep you informed about progress until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved. We are continually improving our service, but if you have any particular ideas or suggestions about how we can improve, please send them to info@frontierfinewines.co.uk.
