Our blend of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc seamlessly integrate with one another as the two components are different in aromatic, structure and flavour. Roussanne brings freshness, floral, herbal tea, honey and ripe pears whilst the Grenache Blanc is less aromatic and more textural on the palate and generally low in acidity, with citrus and or herbaceous notes. These two components are perfect partners to bring balance and elegance. 60% Roussanne 40% Grenache Blanc.
Food Pairing: Our Rhone styled blend is the perfect canvas for fine dining pairing menus. The aromatic white is perfect with shellfish, fish in cream sauces, risotto, asparagus in lemon butter, goat cheese, grilled poultry. Serve slightly chilled
Ageing potential: The wine is approachable in its youth with fresh, vibrant tension on the entry and opulent core of rich texture and may age well for up to 10 years due to its well – integrated acidity.
Alcohol: 13.0% ABV
