The Bremerton Coulthard is pure Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon and was the maiden name of Becs and Lucy Willson’s maternal grandmother. It displays a classic ripe cassis aroma with supportive savoury notes. A well balanced palate showing ripe dark fruits enhanced by a silky textural finish.
Ageing potential: This wine will develop with further bottle maturation however the fine tannin structure means the wine can be enjoyed now.
Food pairing: A great match with pasta, red meat or cheese.
