Description
Waterford Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has been produced for over two decades, and has systematically increased in quality, more consistently expressing the terroir of the Helderberg Mountains. The 2007 vintage shows aromas of lead pencil, chalk, bitter cherry and cigar smoke. Classically dry and tight structure backed with dense tannins and uncious fruit. A wine meant for classic Cabernet Sauvignon lovers that will be truly rewarding with careful ageing and cellaring.
Ageing potential: The wine will age and develop harmoniously for 6 to 15 years from vintage.
Food pairing: Enjoy alongside a rare grilled fillet of beef and Bearnaise sauce .
Alcohol: 14.5% ABV
