Kalfu Molu Merlot shows aromas of black cherry and raspberry supported by soft notes of vanilla, spices and dark chocolate. The palate has good volume with balanced acidity and soft round tannins. A soft finish with elegant notes of vanilla and nuts.
Food pairing: Best served at between 16º – 17°C, this wine pairs well with sweet and sour pork, duck and lamb. Also, white meat and pasta dishes.
Ageing potential: Up to 5 years in ideal cellar conditions.
