The Capel Vale Regional Series Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc has an intensely complex collection of sweet and savoury aromas ranging from kiwi fruit, cucumber and honeydew melon. An unctuous and layered palate offers flavours of preserved lemon and tonic water.
