Bird in Hand Shiraz 2021 is lifted and perfumed on the nose, showing notes of blackberry, blueberry and violet laced with classic nuances of black pepper, cedar and an intriguing savoury edge. Medium bodied and elegant with fleshy dark fruit characters, silky tannins and balanced acidity culminating in a long and rewarding finish.
The fruit for this wine is selected from four premium sites across the Adelaide Hills to ensure the optimum balance of power and finesse with juicy ripe fruit framed by silky soft tannins.
