Two in the Bush Chardonnay is a lightly oaked Chardonnay using old French oak to give a lively aroma of fresh peach, blossom and apricot spice on the nose. The palate is driven predominantly by classic cool climate Chardonnay stone fruit characters – peach, nectarine and apricot, with subtle oak derived nougat and cashew. Beautifully balanced, medium bodied, with generous fleshy stone fruit texture.
Food pairing: The 2021 Two in the Bush Chardonnay is the perfect partner to seafood chowder, classic Caesar salad or everyone’s favourite fish and chips.
Turn every day moments into memorable occasions with the Two in the Bush range. Reflecting the Bird in Hand ideals of winemaking quality and character, this range offers superb value, an incredible choice for simple meals and casual drinking.

string(513) "Possibly the most famous grape variety in the world, Chardonnay has found a home in pretty much every corner of the wine world. From crisp, flinty Chablis styles to full-bodied, oaky, rich Napa Valley Chardonnay it is a variety which has the ability to morph according to the climate or winemaking philosophy. It also has the capacity to produce amongst the greatest white wines in the world. Some praise indeed for this chameleon variety, the likes of which may only truly be matched by Riesling or Chenin Blanc."
