The Stanley Estates Wild Sauvignon Blanc 2018 is their first ever barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc in the style of an oaked Pouilly fumé Sauvignon Blanc. Smooth, rounded and subtle, with the same underlying characteristics we know of passionfruit, gooseberries, elderflower, however it is subtly aromatic, very textural and technically dry with a beautifully balanced palate.
Ageing potential: Will age perfectly over the next 6+ years
Serving temperature: Lightly Chilled 8-12°C
Food pairing: Fine seafood, chicken dishes and salads, or simply drink for pleasure!
