Trentham Estate

Trentham’s Murphy Vineyards comprise of 45 hectares under vine of various age, the oldest planted in 1952. The winemaking facility has expanded from its first crush to a boutique-sized, state-of-the-art feature handling some 5,000 tonnes of premium varietal fruit each vintage. Brothers Anthony and Pat Murphy truly believe that good wines are made in the vineyard, and are continually striving to source the best quality fruit they can. Always embracing modern trends and trialling new varieties, Trentham has picked up a huge volume of awards and recognition for their outstanding and great value portfolio over the years, which in 2014 culminated in a 5 Star James Halliday rating – the first to be awarded to any Murray Darling producer.
