Darling Cellars Black Granite Shiraz 2022 is a remarkable Shiraz with an expressive nose and great complexity. Fruits such as pomegranate, strawberries, vanilla, white pepper, bright red fruit together with a hint of smokiness will meet you on the nose. A medium bodied wine with plush structure and fruit following onto the palate with a lingering finish. Good balance between fruit and oak.
Food pairing: The Black Granite Shiraz is a great match with most barbequed meats, mild curry dishes or a nice slow cooked brisket.
