Kalfu Kuda Pinot Noir 2021 is an elegant wine, which emphasizes the typicality of this variety with aromas of black cherry and red wild berries supported by soft notes of vanilla and spices from ageing in barrel. Medium bodied and delicate, it has a balanced acidity, showing smooth, round tannins that provide elegance. A wonderful fresh and fruity finish with notes of soft vanilla and nuts.
Serving Suggestion: It is recommended to drink at a temperature between 14-15ºC. A great accompaniment to oily grilled fish such as as tuna, grouper or blue marlin. Also, white meats and mushroom risotto.
Alcohol: 13% ABV

string(578) "If Cabernet Sauvignon is the king of wines then Pinot Noir is the wine of kings. So delicate, pure, feminine and graceful, it is arguably the finest variety in the world, responsible for the great wines of Champagne and Burgundy. Temperamental, yes, and difficult to cultivate, but can any other grape offer such dimensions of flavour or intellectual gratification? I would struggle to find one stronger! Summer berry compote flavours, with redcurrant and pink petal aromas, it is often pale in the glass, yet can offer depth and vigour simply unachievable from any other grape."
