Rosé 2022, Simonsig

Simonsig Rosé 2022 is a dry, fruity rosé with a pale salmon colour and a vibrant synergy between two unique varieties – Chenin Blanc (67%) and Pinotage (33%). An enticing nose displays aromas of rose petal, strawberry, and melon. On the palate, layers of tropical fruits and grapefruit are beautifully complimented by fresh red berries. Fresh acidity and a velvety texture result in a perfectly balanced and delicious rosé. Perfect for any occasion.

Ageing potential: Early drinking style, at its best within 2 years of vintage date.

Food pairing: Seafood pasta, fresh salads with a salmon twist, various Thai food dishes and sushi.

Alcohol: 13.1% ABV
