Bird in Hand Rosé is made predominantly using Pinot Noir and sourced from multiple cool sites across the greater Adelaide region to capture a spectrum of fruit flavours. The 2022 vintage has lifted strawberry, wild raspberry, red apple and musk aromas with a vibrant, pale pink colour from brief skin contact. Lively, flavoursome and juicy fruit weight on the mid-palate with a refreshing textural finish.
Ageing potential: Best enjoyed young.
Food pairing: Whether you’re looking for an exquisite match to magnificent seafood and salads, dreaming of endless lazy summer sipping, seeking a perfect aperitif accompaniment to BBQ’d antipasto or in need of a refreshing drink at the end of a long week, Bird in Hand Rosé will go down a treat.

string(578) "If Cabernet Sauvignon is the king of wines then Pinot Noir is the wine of kings. So delicate, pure, feminine and graceful, it is arguably the finest variety in the world, responsible for the great wines of Champagne and Burgundy. Temperamental, yes, and difficult to cultivate, but can any other grape offer such dimensions of flavour or intellectual gratification? I would struggle to find one stronger! Summer berry compote flavours, with redcurrant and pink petal aromas, it is often pale in the glass, yet can offer depth and vigour simply unachievable from any other grape."
